Bob Wingrove provided these screencaps and comments "A 90 second film designed to raise public awareness of the Highway Code and to encourage motorists to use car parks, not bad for a film made in 1949! It's rather poor quality but you can make out an AEC Regal on Green Line service (a 1938 10T10), what looks like some form of utility and the corner of an AEC Regent STL:"
