Tribute to one of the great cinema comedy double acts follows them on a tour of Britain in 1953. How many 2018 movies featured not one but two UK trolleybuses?
These are Walsall Corporation 862 (TDH912), a 1955 Sunbeam F4A/Willowbrook....
....and Wolverhampton Corporation 433 (DUK833), a 1946 Sunbeam W/Roe
Both are preserved in the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley.
London scenes include an RT family bus crossing Tower Bridge, and RTL453 (KLB648) and Cravens bodied RT1431 (JXC194) passing eachother (both supplied by Ensign Bus. (thanks Steve Newman) There are three 'deckers seen in the far distance.
